About the Role

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the provision of innovative and practical talent acquisition solutions across City of Parramatta Council, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with Hiring Managers to develop and deliver bespoke sourcing strategies for each vacancy, provide consultative advice and guidance around Council’s recruitment process as well as acting as a trusted source on salary benchmarking and industry trends. You will also get to influence and enact Council’s Employee bran and resourcing strategy. As we are experiencing significant transformation, flexibility to adjust priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment is essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with 5+ years demonstrated experience in in successfully delivering a range of resourcing outcomes in divers e medium to large organisations a permanent fulltime role with an attractive salary from $104,714.98 p.a. plus Superannuation.
