An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON) to join the team at Percy Cleland Wing (PCW) Bundoora Centre Northern Health.
PCW is a 35 bed Geriatric Evaluation Management Unit (GEM) and is part of Northern Health’s continuing care program. The objective of the Continuing Care Program is to ensure the provision of care for older people and people with chronic conditions, and complex care needs occurs within a seamless continuum.
We are looking to recruit to multiple positions (2.95 EFT) as short-term contracts from 6 December 2021 to 30 April 2022.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in delegated care delivery relating to patient activities of daily living, ensuring that the personal needs and comfort of patients is maintained
Ability to provide general support to the Wards/Units, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery
Available for AM and PM shifts across 7 days
