Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Delivering an effective recruitment and on-boarding program ensuring all new team members have a ‘great welcome’ to Kelly+Partners.

Assisting and Coaching our Business Leaders in their role.

Act as first point of contact for all related people matters.

Maintaining team member records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.

Assisting with the analysis of HR data to provide analysis, trends and recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.

Driving a Learning and Development framework for people at all levels across the business

Running projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast growing company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.

A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.

Creative thinker who brings a continuous improvement approach to recruitment.

Excellent time management and organisational skills

High level attention to detail

Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications in Business or Human Resources preferred
