As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work alongside the General Manager of People & Culture Business Partnering in this true end to end business partner role. Following impressive growth over the last few years and continuing acquisitions, we are looking to strengthen and provide breadth to our business partnering team.
In this role, you will support several of our Executives including those leading Finance, Strategy, Legal, Risk & Transformation functions initially The role will work closely with and be supported by the broader P&C team and will implement people strategies and projects in the business.
In this role you will:
Lead, facilitate and/or manage a range of complex P&C and enterprise wide projects including planning, monitoring, and controlling to achieve project objectives on time and within quality requirements
Partner with senior leaders within your client group to develop and implement P&C strategy, projects, policies and processes that align with needs of the enterprise and your client groups.
Work collaboratively with P&C Centre’s of Excellence (COE’s) to effectively implement a people initiative across business units and develop and deliver tailored solutions
Executive key cyclical activities such as performance, talent and remuneration cycles
Coach and support leaders in the development of talent plans, building capability, culture and driving performance.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Relevant tertiary qualification – Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) or equivalent
Additional certification in organisational diagnostics or psychometric assessment tools
Strong understanding of contemporary HR and “Best Practice” and the full range of current employment legislation
Significant experience in a generalist Human Resources Business Partnering role to multiple senior Executives and their leadership teams and preferably within professional services, customer focused global organisation
Experience partnering with business leaders on restructuring and change management
Ability to effectively work in, support and coach leaders in a tiered services model
Exceptional planning and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously, with competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
Critical thinking and sound judgement to collect and analyse relevant data and develop fit for purpose solutions
Resilience and able to navigate effectively within a dynamic high change environment
