What you will do

As part of the National Services Team, you will be responsible for the administrating contracts and warranty claims, keeping cost under control and ensuring policies and guidelines.

Specific responsibilities will include:
Working closely with dealers regarding contracted and warranty maintenance and repair work nationally

Management of costs in-line with contract and warranty terms.

Ensure quality of information received allows accurate invoicing.

To be successful as a Claims Administrator within our organisation, your skills and experience will include the following

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Strong administration, organisational and computer skills

Exceptional internal and external relationship management skills

An ability to use internal systems and databases

Demonstrated ability to analyse data & produce innovative solutions
