The role

You will be working with one of the most respected brands in the country to optimise member interaction while developing and delivering digital channel activities across the Home Portfolio team. You will be responsible for B2B2C digital channel optimisation and management for established and new home products and segments.

As the Digital Channel Manager – Home your focus areas include digital channel management and ongoing optimisation, ensuring digital campaign readiness for campaigns, with a strong focus on outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication.

A day in the life

This is a solution focused, multi-facetted role as your focus will take you take you across:

Working with channel owners and product partners to optimise the sales funnel, deliver improved channel performance and customer experience

Driving digital channel readiness for campaigns, product enhancements & new product launches

Identifying opportunities and supporting the delivery of improved digital cross-sell functionality

Monitoring channel performance against plan, providing key insights

and seeking opportunities for improvement

Supporting the Channels team and Home Portfolio Product Teams on key initiatives and projects that deliver on our growth ambitions including acquisition and retention targets.

About You

You have a growth and solutions mindset with strong problem-solving skills and are eager to take on challenges, actively look for solutions and enjoy uncovering new opportunities. In addition, you are results orientated and analyse performance outcomes.

You have a collaborative approach and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills as you passionately provide outstanding outcomes and a great customer experiences at every interaction. For this role, that means you have a strong understanding of customer drivers, methodologies and supporting campaign tactics.

We’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Solid experience in channel management with a skew towards digital channel management experience

Experience within digital platforms and technically savvy

Bachelor degree in related discipline (business, commerce, marketing)

Experience in working across online and offline customer channels in a multi-speed environment

Experience working with products in various stages of maturity

Desirable to be proficient in using Adobe Analytics & Tableau reporting

Desirable experience in regulated consumer products and/or services
