Leading Better Value Care (LBVC) eMR program is a clinical program within the eMR Connect program, eHealth NSW. This program aims to accelerate value based healthcare in NSW by involving clinicians, networks and organisations working together on high-impact initiatives to improve outcomes and experiences for people with specific conditions. The program will work in partnership with NSW Health agency partners and Local Health Districts to upgrade the eMR design by addressing the gaps in clinical support requirements for eight clinical cohorts.

The Benefits and Evaluation Analyst is responsible for driving, monitoring and analysing benefits related activities and communicating findings to key stakeholders within the Leading Better Value Care Program in eHealth NSW. This role will lead the delivery of evaluation milestones (i.e. development of program logic, evaluation plans and evaluation reports). Your work will have a positive impact on patient safety, health outcomes and clinician experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in quantitative or qualitative science e.g. health information, medical science, general science, mathematics, engineering, economics, psychology or sociology

Experience analysing and working quantitative and qualitative data; preferably health related datasets

Experience managing the review and analysis of complex processes and services in a large and complex organisation

Demonstrated experience in identifying business process and reporting of measures, KPIs and or benefits to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Superior interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.

Proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Preferred Skillsets

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing the benefits realisation and evaluation of projects in healthcare.

Relevant understanding and experience working within the NSW Health or other health systems.

Advanced proficiency in data analyses and visualisation tools
